Please note that unfortunately due to cleaning we cannot accommodate an early check in or late check out. Fees can apply for those who do not check out by 11am the day of their departure, although a courtesy call will be given as a reminder.
For your convenience and comfort, we provide the following in our tiny homes:

coffee machines that use k-cup or ground coffee
flat screen TV
climate control- AC and heat
full bathrooms with normal flushing toilets or RV toilets (no composting)
cooktop or stove
Other amenities in our community areas include:

wood burning fire pits
picnic tables/gas grill
outdoor yard games
We know not everything in a tiny house may be as expected or as you are used to. Tiny Estates is a campground and as such nature should be expected. In order to ensure you enjoy your experience we ask that you take a look around the home upon arrival and let us know before 6pm if there are any issues that need resolved or addressed. If you choose to check in after 6pm please note resolving issues may be more difficult and you are aware that resolution may not be made until the following day dependent on the situation. On site guest issues can be addressed by calling our on call number provided with your check in instructions the day of arrival. You may call this number and leave a message or send a text. Someone will get back to you and can arrange for someone to come take a look at your home. Please note after 6pm it may take longer to get someone to the site to make repairs or adjustments to the home so we encourage a check in between 3 and 6pm. We want to ensure you enjoy your stay but we cannot resolve issues we do not know about or cannot replicate while you are a current guest.
We hope you still choose to stay but should this affect your reservation plans please notify use within 24 hours of your booking. Please note that due to COVID-19 guests will receive lockbox instructions for check in as soon as the home is clean and ready (the day of). This will allow for a no contact check in at your convenience. If you have not received this email by 3pm the day of arrival please check your spam/ junk inbox.
Community areas are open until 10pm. Guests are asked to refrain from outdoor noise after 10pm. Burning of any kind is not permitted in or around any home except in designated wood burning fire pits.
Pets are not permitted in any home that is not pet friendly and must be registered upon check in. There is a one time fee of $50 that applies for each pet brought into a pet friendly room. Pets are only permitted in pet friendly rooms in which the fee has been paid (a $250 fee will apply if not followed). Pet friendly rooms include: The Adventurer, The Climber, The Coast, The Escape, the Eagle, The Heartland, The K&H Farmhouse, The Moonlight, The Prairie Drifter, The Resolute, The Skyline, The Serenity, The Trailblazer and The Traveler. Pets are not permitted in any loft of the home.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted in any home.
One vehicle is permitted at each house, additional cars must park at the office

The Company understands that travel plans can change and in certain circumstances, refunds can be given. In order to receive a refund for Your reservation, You must call or email the Company at least 14 days prior to Your scheduled arrival date. If Your cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to Your scheduled arrival, You will be able to receive a refund, however all cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of Your scheduled arrival date. There are no refunds for no-shows. Reservations made for stays after 6/1/2020 cannot be transferred or adjusted to another stay date. You further understand and agree that, except for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to Your scheduled arrival date, the Company is not obligated to give credit or refunds for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, transfer requests, weather conditions, early departures, illness, work schedule changes, evictions or any other force majeure event that is outside of the Company’s or Your control.
