If you are unable to check in during the hours of 3pm-6pm, please let us know and will make arrangements for a late check in. We staff our office from 10am-6pm, however, we have an onsite manager and after hours contact number.
Check out is at 11am.
Homes are prepped from 11am-12pm for tours, beginning at 12pm.
Tours are by appointment only and Free for our overnight guests, however they need to be scheduled prior to check in.

personal soaps and shampoos
coffee machines that use k-cup or ground coffee
flat screen TV
WiFi (not available in The Urban Loft temporarily)
YouTube TV (not available in The Urban Loft temporarily)
full bathrooms with normal flushing toilets or RV toilets (no composting)
cooktop or stove

Important things to note:
pets are not permitted in any home that is not pet friendly and must be registered upon check in
pets are not permitted in any loft of the home
smoking is not permitted in any home
burning of any kind is not permitted in or around any home except in designated burn areas
one vehicle is permitted at each house, additional vehicles must be parked at the office.

The company understands that guest's plans can change but it must stick to its policy and not allow individual circumstances to dictate refunds. In order to receive a refund for your reservation you must call or email the company at least 14 days prior to Your scheduled arrival date. If Your cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to Your scheduled arrival, You will be able to receive a refund, however all cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of Your scheduled arrival date. There are no refunds for no-shows, illness, family deaths, travel arrangement changes or delays, weather, etc. You further understand and agree that, except for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the company will not issue a refund for any reason.
