Currently, Tiny Estates have 58 lots occupied. Tiny Home owners are welcome to bring their own home as long as the home meets size requirements, amperage, and standards set forth in the lot lease.
All owners are required to submit information for a criminal background check.
Tiny Estates is in the process of site planning and obtaining approvals for additional lots. Currently DEP backlogs are resulting in 6+ time delays for approvals. The goal is to get planning, approvals and completed construction by end of 2023!
Anyone interested in a lot can be added to our waiting list and notified when we have a more set timeframe and or when an existing lot opens up. Please notify tinyestates.brandi@gmail.com if you would like to be added to the lot waiting list.
For the privacy and safety of our tenants, Tiny Estates is a gated community that is not open to the public. We ask that should you have questions about the community you reach out to us at tinyestatesinfo@gmail.com.
We are restricted by the size of each pad site. Homes at Tiny Estates are generally 24-40' in length (depending on the site) and 8.5'-10' wide. We do not accept homes considered mobile homes or anything on a foundation.
Homes are generally, 30-50 amp service hook up.
Yes, homes with holding tanks or solar capabilities are permitted but the monthly lot rent does not change. Our township requires each home tie in to our public utilities and as a result each lot provides water, sewer and electric connections.
Our PA and FL tiny home communities require that the home have a VIN number. If you have NOAH or ANSI 119.5 certification for your build that is wonderful, but it is not required!
We do not allow owners to rent their home nightly (Airbnb style) although if an owner wishes to rent their home on a longer term basis, 3+ months, we can then run a background check on the sub-lettor.
All sub-lettors must be approved in writing, pass the background check and sign the rules and regulations. Tiny Estates may, at it's sole discretion, choose to put restrictions on or deny sub-letting on a case by case basis.
Tiny Estates does allow pets on the property. Standards for safety and veterinary requirements are outlined in the lot lease.
Note: Those who have violated the pet agreement can have their pet approval revoked
