A tiny house is traditionally 8 ½ foot wide, but can be 10 foot wide as well. However, someone with a
CDL license would need to tow any home wider than 8 ½ feet.
Your tiny house can be up to 40 feet. Ideally if you are going to travel with your tiny house and not keep it in one spot you want to stay around a 24–26 foot home.
Your tiny can me a maximum height of 13’6” from the ground.
Your tiny including the truck hauling it must be under 26,000 pounds.
Any house under 8 ½ can be towed by anyone. Any home over 8 ½ wide needs someone with a CDL to tow it.
Most towns and municipalities do not allow you to park your tiny home on your land. The reason for this is usually improper zoning, municipal liability, & taxes. We can help you explore your options. That said before you pay any money or sign any contracts, do your due diligence and make sure you can park your tiny where you want to.
You can always pay cash for your tiny home. However, now through building changes you can qualify for financing which we can help you apply for. Our build quality, inspections and process allow for a loan with as little as 0 down and up to 25 years!
